There were hanging butterflies in the window sill that had long strings that could be capable of forming a loop. There was also cords from speakers that were accessible to the children. There were plastic bags in the bathroom - the provider removed during the visit. The glass sliding door did not have anything on it to prevent the children from walking into or through the glass door. There was a large piece of wood that had nails in it - the provider removed during the visit. There were 3 outside riding toys that were broken or cracked with sharp edges - the provider removed during the visit. The step stool in the bathroom was cracked. There is a large "dresser/cabinet" that is being use to hold the microwave along with other items and itis not securely anchored. This same "dresser/cabinet" also has flaking paint. The garbage can in the bathroom was rusty. The water temperature registered at 137 degrees. The gate at the bottom of the stairs was not installed properly and was not latching. There was an extension cord in the backyard.
