Provider does not have attendance present for children to be reviewed. The tablet is reported to be working glitchy needing to be plugged in and no paper attendance has been taken per provider. Even with the tablet plugged in, the tablet was not working to view the attendance. No records of parents signing in or signing out their children either electronically or on paper. No record of who is picking up or dropping off children. No records of staff attendance observed.
