0260(1)(a) - The laundry detergent was observed stored under the sink in the bathroom. This bathroom is used by school-aged children who may be left alone in it. 110-300-0260(2)(a)(b) – The storage areas in some classrooms and the bathroom had broken or missing safety locks. In the waddlers’ classroom, this licensor observed a single-use glove wrapped around the handle to keep it shut.
0106(12) – It was observed that three staff members had expired Food Handler Permits. 110-300-0106(8) – It was observed that three staff members had expired Safe Sleep training.
The tree house on the playground was observed to be installed directly on open earth, without the required shock-absorbent material underneath.
