0197(4)(a) - The rice container observed near the refrigerator had a non-airtight lid because it wasn't tightly closed. The yogurt container inside the refrigerator had a lid that wasn't airtight due to a crack.
It was observed that the director did not create a board with all required postings, including those outlined in 110-300-0505(1)(2) WAC, such as the floor plan, emergency numbers, poison center toll-free number, No smoking/Vaping sign, license certificate, etc. Additionally, diaper changing/stand-up diaper changing posters must be posted near the diaper changing areas.
