It was confirmed by staff that a child ran into the parking lot on the first day of their attendance. In a special needs plan request, the Director at the time wrote: "Describe any behavioral issues exhibited: He runs from teachers, does not follow directions. Describe the child's supervision needs: The child likes to leave the classroom and does not stay in boundaries. Is there anything you wish to add that has not been asked: Language is a huge barrier. His running is a safety issue."
