(4) There was a bag of shredded cheese in the fridge in the kitchen that was in it's original packaging and was rolled closed and not sealed or dated with the date it was opened.
(1)(a) The storage closets in the 'Toddler B', 'Preschool A', 'Pre K' 'Preschool B' classrooms were unlocked and had cleaning supplies on the bottom shelf that are accessible to children. The storage area/cabinets under the sinks in classroom 'Toddler A' and 'Infant A' had cleaning supplies and were unlocked. (2)(a)(b) The door to the storage room in the hallway does not have a locking mechanism.
There is an asthma medication that is expired in the Pre-K room and the child no longer needs to use it. There are diaper creams that do not have the child's full name on them and some of the permission forms are over a year old.
There were sanitizer bottles accessible to children in some of the rooms.
