Toddler C and Toddler D Room: Shelving Units and Bookshelves on wheels and/or on area rugs and that are not secure on the ground need to be secure to the wall. Lights in Toddler D were not illuminated. Outlets in Toddler C and Toddler D were not tamper resistant. The one under a shelf in Room C appeared to have shutters in the outlet but they had been moved. Toddler C: diaper sink water was at 123.3 degrees, Sink in room was at 124.2 degrees Toddler D: Bathroom hot water was not working.

Outlets by sinks can be covered with a blank outlet plate or will require to be GFCI and tamper resistant Blue Music Table in room observed to have chipping and barewood laminte exposed. Shelving units and doors etc with sticky residue from tape or stickers needs to be removed. All Rooms: lants, CD players bins and other supplies stored on shelving units, cubbies, countertops and on top of cabinets that can be projectile objects need to be secured. Vacuum cording in a storage area was accessible to children. 3 large hoses were observed on the playground accessible to children.
