During the visit, Director stated that the kitchen gets hot and the cook opens it to air out. Both doors open into the classroom. Licensor determined that it is more likely that not that the Kitchen door is left open and accessible to the children.

The Licensor observed that the woodchips were starting to compact and not provide 9 inches of depth. The director will place an order for more woodchips.

The Licensor observed a cabinet in the infant room that had a broken child-proof lock. The cabinet contained extra diapers in plastic bags. Licensor also observed a large amount of extra diapers in Toddler B classroom bathroom on the floor. The director will order a cabinet to lock the extra diapering supplies in plastic bags.
