Prohibited behavior and discipline, and physical separation of children

When interviewed a provider acknowledged that she had barricaded the child named in the referral in an unlit bathroom and told him that purple dinosaurs would "get him" if he was not quiet. She also acknowledged this to the Center directors when interviewed on the date of the incident. Directors and providers were interviewed regarding any potential injury to the child's penis while assisting him with toileting. They denied assisting him with toileting at all. There is inconsistent information to determine that, more likely than not, the redness on the child's penis observed by the parent was a result of inappropriate provider interactions with the child.
