At the time of the onsite monitor visit, multiple classrooms (Aspen & Maple) had their three-step cleaner bottles (one with bleach) on the edge of the sink, accessible to the age group in the classroom.
At the time of the onsite monitor visit, multiple classrooms had wires accessible to children that were capable of forming a loop around a child's neck and were a potential strangultion hazard. (Tree frog, big core, maple, and Sequoia rooms) At the time of the onsite monitor visit, plastic bags and rolls of plastic bags were accessible to children present in cabinets under hand washing sinks, and other locations in Aspen, Maple, and Willow rooms. At the time of the onsite monitor visit, multiple classrooms (Tree Frog and Maple classrooms) had games, supplies, and other items on top of cabinets and cubbies that were not secured or held down and posed a potential falling item hazard. At the time of the onsite monitor visit, there was a wall outlet in the Big Core Room that had a missing electrical outlet cover and was accessible to children that were present. At the time of the onsite monitor visit, a wall outlet in the Maple Room had a 6-plug splitter installed over the outlet that was not tamper resistant.
