This licensor observed cooked french fries brought in a child's food from home. This was served to the child at lunch time, approximately 1:00 p.m. Between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. the child's lunch, including the french fries left out, unrefrigerated on the children's eating table. When she awoke, and it was snack time, she returned to her open lunch, and this food. Similarly, a child's yogurt from lunch served beginning at 1:00 was left on the table until snack time. The provider acknowledges that she does not refrigerate the children's lunches or ensure that items in the lunches are properly refrigerated.
