Sevaral outlets observed near the a sink that do not have a GFCI outlet. All outlets near a sink or other water sources must be tamper-resistant and have a GFCI outlet. Date Disputed Date Disputed
During the time of inspecition, licensor observed a ladder (over 5ft) in the school-age 2 restroom.
Licensor observed bush stems with thorns growin through the fence in the school age, pre-k, and preschool area of the outdoor licensed spaces; accessible to children. Licensor observed several plasitic bags in the cabinet below the diaper changing room, accessible to children. This has been corrected while licensor was on site.

Napping mats observed in toddler and preschool classrooms have rips/tears. Will need to be replaced
