There was an epi-pen in room 118 without the paperwork. There were sunscreens without the full name of the children on them. The diaper creams in the infant room were stored all together in one basket.
Not all the bottles were labeled with full names and dates. The program is getting water from the handwashing sink to make the bottles in the infant room.
