A set of garedning hose and a lawn mower with cord in the outdoor area were observed to be laying on the ground posing the risk of forming a loop around a child's neck at the time of inspection. A portable heater was observed to be used in the licensed area and was accessible to children at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). A door in the licensed area was observed to have large holes on it that required repairing at the time of inspection. Stairways in the outdoor area was observed to be without a pressure gate,safety gate or a door at the time of inspection.
