Exit door from licensed space to the outdoor play area was locked when this licensor and supervisor arrived Dispute Description: Subpool person locked it. I asked for English speaking sub pool persons, they sometimes send me substitutes who don’t speak only English. I train them before I leave the floor. I think what happened is she has a language barrier, how can I get a person who speaks English only from subpool? I requested her to not lock it and requested her to give milk , raisins inside cereal bowl before feeding kiddos- she gave bananas ( why)?I took off in Merit Asia and Kyla and off work schedule until done with credentials and posted on Merit-they’re second in or third in when at work-I’ll just wait for certs to be given to me first before in merit and working- I have many others who have all there certifications, diplomas, health cards-to help out.
