At the time of this inspection, licensor observed 3 bicycycles in the outdoor play space that had visible rust on metal parts including the chain, handle bar post, seat post and hardware.

At the time of this inspection, licensor observed the closet doors to the laundry storage area were not able to stay secured closed. A locking mechanism is installed but due to the position of the doors; the lock does not properly function to prevent the doors from opening. Provider stated that she has already put in a work order for building maintenance to repair these doors.
