When we got to the program the provider had to turn the deadbolt on the door to allow us access. When one of the children were picked up from childcare the deadbolt had to be unlocked to gain access to the childcare. Later when the inspection continued to be conducted this licensor unlocked the deadbolt and informed the provider during child care hours this cannot be locked. She replied okay and shortly after the door was locked again. When licensors completed the inspection licensor, Quiana Montgomery had to unlock the deadbolt in order for us to exit the premises. During this time there was still 1 child in care.
