Based on complaint interviews of the licensee and the referent, licensor found at the time of the licensing inspection, WAC 110-300-0331(2) was violated. Provider C.J.S. stated reported there is a histroy of this childs behavior with this teacher C.B. and hitting other children. C.J.S. reported she does not know why this child targets teacher C.B. who allows child to manipulate her instead of teacher C.B. being the responsible adult.
