Phone charger cord was observed left plugged-in and accessible to children. Cords from tv were also observed to be loose and accessible to children. Laundry room with dryer and washer was observed to be unlocked and accessible to children. Water temperature was observed at 127 degrees Fahrenheit. Outlets in licensed areas and bathroom must be tamper-resitant. Outlets were observed to be the ones where you slide them in order to plug cable in. Outlet in bathroom must be GFCI + tamper-resisant. Currently outlet is the type that slides over.
