Plastic bags observed accessable to children in unlocked cabinets. Large closet located in the last classroom, has an unlocked door with play toys stored inside and a ladder to the attic, needs to be locked or made inaccessible to children. Poses an entrapment hazard.
Door as identified on the floor plan as an emergency exit, was observed partially blocked with a small child size table with a freight moving metal flat wheeled platform sticking out from underneath the table and a doll stroller stored on top of the table. All are in the hallway leading to the emergency exit back door.
Bleach bottles observed stored in unlocked cabinets in all of the classrooms and observed accessible to children. Storage room in last classroom, observed not locked and accessible to children.
