At the time of this inspection, provider stated that an enrolled child has a peanut allergy. Licensor did not observe an ICP for this child's food allergy. Provider stated she does not have medication for this child. Licensor did not observe any documentation of additional training related to this child's food allergy. Licensor provided TA on the WAC requirements for food allergies. Provider requested licensor send her a blank ICP form to fill out and include in the child's file.

Provider has a slide in outdoor space that does meet CPSC, as the slide does not have 6ft radius of ground cover. Slide in outdoor space does not have woodchips of 9 inches deep or 6 inches of rubber.
