WAC 110-300-0165(2)(a) · Serious

Red building squares in licensed area are observed to be smaller than one and three-quarter inches. Crib in licensed area is located near the window. Dryer in bathroom must space is accessible to children and has no lock to keep children from entrapment. Area rug in licensed area was observed to be lifting creating a tripping hazard. All cubbies in licensed area must be secured. All lightbulbs in bathroom space must be replaced with shatter-resistant bulbs. Bathroom outlet near sink was observed to be GFCI, but not tamper-resistant.
