Window blind upstairs in top floor classroom, observed no longer attached to the window sill and is no longer observed retrofitted. Pull cord now forms a loop, is accessible to children and poses a safety risk to children.

In Merit, one staff has not met basic training requirements. The staff is an assistant teacher. Not all staff have current food workers cards and are expired. One assistant teacher hired for more than 3 months, has not completed child care basic training. Not all staff have current BBP training and are expired.
