During onsite inspection of Complaint, Licensor was informed by Lead Teacher AS that they did not do a name to face while bringing children in from outside or upon entering the classroom. Resulting in a child being left outside for 15 minutes unattended until Assistant Teacher BA observed the child alone on the playground and returned to the child to their classroom. 0345 (5)(vii)
