During onsite inspection of Complaint, Licensor was informed by Lead Teacher AS that they did not do a name to face while bringing children in from outside or upon entering the classroom. Resulting in a child being left outside for 15 minutes unattended until Assistant Teacher BA observed the child alone on the playground and returned to the child to their classroom. 0345 (5)(vii)
Licensor Bakowski observed child A.Y. who has a confirmed allergy had Benadryl that was expired.
Licensor reviewed MERIT on 3/20/2024 and onsite staff records and observed Assistant Teacher MM (employed 4 mo.), has not completed Childcare Basic Trainings within three months. (3)
