There was a commercial and non-commercial climbing structure with slides that were next to each other and did not meet a 6 ft. fall zone. The wood chips do not appear to measure 9 inches deep.
Emergency preparation and exiting

There were baby gates in the hallway between PS and Toddler, at PS class doorway, close to the second exit off Toddler room, and close to the front door. These are not permitted per State Fire regulations.
