Provider said a child enrolled has a peanut allergy, but the provider does not have adequate information as to how severe the allergy is and what steps are to be taken if the child comes in contact with the allergen.

Medication

Licensor observed lidocain packages in the refrigerator that belonged to the provider. These were near food. TA was provided to have the medication in a locked box in the fridge. The provider decided to move the medicine to a fridge located in the garage at the time of visit.
