4 out of 4 staff are not current with Blood Borne Pathogen training, 3 staff have expired Blood Borne Pathogens. and one has no record of Blood Borne Pathogens training completed. 1 staff out of 4 staff on 3/29/2024, has not had the required food handlers training on file that it was completed. Only 3 staff, all had documentation on file that they are current for food handlers card training. 3 out of 4 staff have not completed child care basics as approved or offered by the department. Only the Owner/Director, has paper documentation on file and recorded as approved in Merit. None of the other 3 staff, are approved in Merit for basic training, 30 hours.
