The incident took place two week prior to licensing department being officially notified. Staff explained their interpretation of the training given regarding reporting. Technical assistance was given by licensing staff; timeframes of informing the department when incidents/allegations of this nature occur.
Staff members C.J. and J.J. do not have educuation credentials entered into MERIT to verify ECE credit. Transcipts and/or other documented will need to be submitted for ECE credits to reflect in MERIT. Staff member V.E. does not have edcuation creditials entered into MERIT to verify HS diploma or equivalent.
