At the time of this inspection, licensor observed a slide with stairs intended for climbing placed on top of concrete and packed soil in the outdoor play space.

Emergency preparation and exiting

At the time of this inspection, licensor observed the door leading to the outdoor play space was locked with a deadbolt upon exiting through that door to inspect the outdoor area. TA given to keep doors unlocked from the inside for safe emergency exiting. Licensor observed the front door was locked from the inside with a deadbolt upon exiting the home at the end of this visit.
