Furnace room door unlocked in the Toddler Room (Early Head Start). Needs to be locked when children in care.
Sprinkler room ( in the middle preschool room in main building ) is unlocked and needs to be made inaccessable to children.

Play space near PreK room (leads to back parking lot) will need 9" of play chips near landing zones (slides, climbers). Areas need to be covered with 9" in a 6 foot circumfrence . Most have 5-7 " of play chips.
Storage area in Hallway near Toddler room needs to be locked when children are present to prevent access.
* Slide on School age Playground needs 9" of play chips * Upper Preschool playground ladder and slide need 9" of play chips (ladder has 4") , (slide has 0")
Downstairs preschool room has a door in the back of room out of vision of staff that is unlocked and kids may get out. Needs to be locked as it is not an exit.
