The ground cover under the climbing equipment appears to need to be maintained. When stepped upon it squishes water out at the seams. The ground cover surface is lifting in several places creating an uneven surface and tripping hazard.
Preschool classroom exit door is blocked by a teacher/child table and drying rack.
There were baby gates in front of the exit doors in two of the classrooms. There is also a baby gate that is in front of the exit to the hallway from the toddler room.
The second exit from the playground is locked with a padlock that requires a key.
