There is no back up power source. There is a room that the provider wanted to use as a nap room that does not have and exit that leads directly to the exterior of the building.

There are plastic "safety" plugs in the ooutlets. One of the rooms had a floorlamp with a loose wire capable of forming a loop. There is a cover over the water gutter in the back yard that has sharp edges. There is a container of nails in the back yard. There are several knives in the back yard. There is a hole in the ground in the back yard that is a tripping hazard. The indoor temperature was colder than 68 degrees. There is a floor lamp that is not secure and is capable of tipping.
