Accessible equipment cording was observed in the preschool room as well as the school-age classroom. Restroom walls and wall by office and throughout the classrooms in main spaces were observed to have chipping paint. Plastic bags (grocery bags) in the preschool restroom was accessible to children.
Child's Epipen was expired as of 4/2025.
Epipen was not labeled with child's first and last name. Generic Benadryl was not labeled with the child's first and last name. First Aid kit in the School-Age room was observed to have sanitzer wipes, tylenol, Burn Cream, Alchol Wipes and BZK Antiseptic Wipes all available to children via the kit hat was in a low built in wall shelf/cubby.
3 step Spray bottles were observed in the classrooms and in the restroom accessible to children. There was also simple green and hand sanitizer accessible to children.
