It was observed that the program was administering diaper creams to children without proper authorization.
It was observed the handwashing sink in the preschool room had a maximum water temperature of 126*. In the preschool room, window blinds with pull cords were observed to be accessible to children.
It was observed that LT and CR had CPR/First aid certifications that expired in 01/2024. LT and CR had not taken safe sleep training within the last 12 months. HJ had not completed Child Care Basics training within the first 3 months of hire. WAC 110-300-0106(4)(5)(6)(7) are included in Child Care Basics.
