(2)(d) There was a roll of plastic garbage bags in a cupboard/closet in the bathroom by the Osprey's classroom on the second floor that was accessible to the children.

There was a disinfectant bottle in the unlocked cabinent/closet in the bathroom by the Osprey's classroom that was accessible to the children. There were disinfectant and sanitizer bottles accessible to the chidlren in the Summer Camp classroom.
The wood chips by the big climber toy and rock climbing wall are not nine inches deep. There was a catepillar toy on top of rubber tiles that should be moved to appropriate ground cover.
There was a rug in the toddler playground that was blocking a small gate from opening to the other side of the playground.
There was children's medication in a bag that was accessible to children.
The area and playground around the sandbox does not have 9 inches of wood chips
