3) The fridge temp registered at 45 degrees. Corrected: Jennifer lowered the temp right away, onsite. 4) snack items were observed stored in a cabinet. Some items are no longer in their original container or have been opened. They are labeled with the date opened, but not what the items is or the mfg expiration date. A box of opened gold fish crackers were not stored airtight.
2ab) The door labeled "Electrical Room" was standing open during the inspection visit. Cleaners were observed stored in this room. 1c) A spray bottle was said to contain bleach. It was not clearly labeled with its contents. 6/23/2025 the spray bottle has been removed that had bleach in it.

One was seen strung across the classroom floor. A mini fridge was not directly plugged into an outlet. In a drawer accessible to the children tacks with sharp points were observed.
bleach and other cleaners were observed to be stored under the classroom sink, not locked or secured. It was accessible to children. The sanitizer spray was observed to be on the counter within children reach.
The classroom door was propped open. It could not be heard to open to prevent children from leaving unsupervised.

It references infants ("Infants will be placed into rolling evacuation cribs for evacuation.). The program does not care for infants and does not have cribs. It does not address how they will evacuate those that cannot walk. A template was used that has not been completed to reflect this program and meet all WAC requirements.
