There were blinds with pull cords in the window in the small room to the right. There was a plastic bag in a bucket in the back yard that is accessible to the children - provider removed during the visit. The washer and dryer in the bathroom that are not locked and accessible to the children.

Nourjsossadat does not have HIV/BBP training. All staff and provider need CPR /basic first aid training as theirs was completed online. Nourjsossadat and Elahe need food cards. Elahe needs to complete CCB training by the end of September before she can be left alone unsupervised with the children.
