The exit gate from the yard is not self-closing nor self-latching and the area path of the exit and by the gate has lots of weeds and sticker bushes. This area would need to be cleared (weeds and sticker bushes removed) in order to be a safe path for the provider, staff and children to exit.

Clear thumb tacks are being used to post items on the bullentin board. When the licensor was trying to adjust paper on two occassions a thumb tack fell out and onto the floor. Thumb tacks form choking hazards and children can be pricked by the sharp end. Cording from the television is loose., pulled and an angle and plugged into a powerstrip along with other items in a corner. The cording and cable for the Xfinity Cable box etc. is accessible. The outlet in the restroom by the sink is not GFCI and tamper resistant. There are outlets in the kitchen that were observed to also not be GFCI and tamper resistant that are located by the sink in the kitchen. Water in restroom was at 120.2 degrees. Chipping paint was observed in the kitchen on the windowsill by the sink.

Cording dangling from television and other devices by child high chair and plugged into the powerstrip for the television. Cording from multiplug charging station was loose. Cording by book area was observed to loose (to the left of fire place) Outlet on island was observed to not be tamper resistant. It was a child proof outlet that is broken and no longer child proof. Restroom outlet was not GFCI nor tamper resistant. Outlets in the kitchen were not GFCI and tamper resistant. One of the outlet on the right side of the sink appeared to be GFCI but was not tamper resistant. Sliding door did not have posters nor stickers on it. There did not appear to be enough lighting to illuminate the main space. There was no lock on the door leading to the laundry room. The washer and dryer also did not have a lock. The outlets in the home throughout were observed to not be tamper resistant but child proof.
