Provider showed the licensor the blank cover that she plans to have her maintenance person who was present later during the inspection to install it into the restroom on 8/12/2024. The kitchen was not licensed space and has gates up on both ends. However, the gates were open during the last visit and children were observed going into the kitchen freely so the licensor inspected the space so that it can be included as licensed space but was not measured or additional square footage because it will not be used as such. The space is only used to allow children to go get items like paper towels when needed. The kitchen was inspected for health and safety and within the kitchen there is a washer and dryer in the closet and the closet was not latched nor the washer and dryer. This was discussed that either the closet can have a latch or the washer and dryer will need one. There is also a outlet by the stove in the kitchen that was observed to not be tamper resistant.”
