Licensor observed window blind with and pull cord and inner cords in the middle classrroom. Licensor gave TA to director od examples of making cords inaccessible to children. Cords may be retrofitted.
Upon arrival, licensor observed the emergency exit the back classroom, partially blocked by stack of carpet squares. This was removed during the licensing inspection, no recheck need for this item.
0260(1)(a): Dishwasher detergent pods, Disinfectant spays and wipes observed in serveral locations of this center that are accessible to children (in hallway next to bathroom, underneath sink cabinet, and on low shelves in classrooms). Licensor gave TA to teachers present that items should be made inaccessible). WAC 110-300-0260(5): Plungers and toilet brushes will need to be removed from all child bathrooms to be inaccessible to children.
