We’d like to offer this clarification in response to the licensing concern about outdoor supervision. At the time of the incident: Two staff members were actively supervising the outdoor play area. One teacher was helping children line up near the toddler classroom to head back inside. The second teacher was tidying up equipment by the gate and briefly turned away. The children’s behavior happened quickly—within seconds. As soon as one staff member turned and noticed the group adjusting their clothing, he stepped in immediately and calmly addressed the situation. Afterward: Staff talked with the children involved to help them understand boundaries and respectful behavior. Families of those children were notified and supported with clear communication. An internal review took place to strengthen supervision strategies, especially during transitions and clean-up. We understand that the exact moment wasn’t witnessed, but staff were present, attentive, and took action right away. The group was never left unsupervised, and we’ve used this situation to strengthen how we position and support staff on the playground. We’re continually working to improve, and our commitment to child safety and respectful guidance remains at the center of everything we do. Supervising children

0465(3). When a child is withdrawn from our program, parental access to ProCare messaging is disabled to protect privacy and maintain system integrity. However, this does not mean the child’s records are deleted. All enrollment, attendance, and communication records are securely archived and maintained on-site or in our administrative office for the required twelve-month period—and beyond when applicable. In the case referenced, the parent’s access to messaging features was deauthorized following the child's disenrollment, as is standard protocol. The account was not deleted, and all associated documentation remains intact and accessible for review. We remain committed to transparent record-keeping and welcome the opportunity to clarify any procedures that may have been misunderstood.

Plastic bags located in bathrooms were observed accessible to children in plastic storage type drawer containers. Diaper wipes that say keep out of reach of children, observed stored with the plastic bags, all accessible to children. Tall Children Wooden Cubby Cabinets have been moved to other walls in the classrooms and not reattached or secured to the walls, all pose a tipping hazard to children if climbed on. One room, the infant room, one handwashing sink tested at 130 degrees, other sinks in the room, tested 100-107 degrees. Multiple electrical cords observed plugged in the wall with an adapter that was not a surge protector in preschool classroom. One room, had a device plugged into an electrical outlet near a sink.
