During the inspection, Licensor Harris determined that the staff member involved in this interaction did not practice guidance and interactions with the child in the Intake. At this time, staff member has been removed from the Center and is no longer a staff member. The following day, all staff members completed positive guidance and interactions training. Director reviewed policies with staff members and informed staff members to report concerning behaviors and instances to Leadership as soon as possible. (1)(c)
