Equipment and surfaces in outdoor early learning space
WAC 110-300-0146(1)(a)(b) · Serious
Both playgrounds have equipment without ages stickers. Toddler playground has equipment made for home use that needs to be removed. Wooden edge around the layground is rotting and needs to be replaced. Woodchips are not 9 in deep and need additional chips. Tires are cracked and need to be removed as they leach chemicals. Square turf pads scattered around need to be removed. Standing water at the back of the playground needs to be drained. Tall wooden"tree house" has chipping paint all over it and broken parts.
Cost, hours and late pickup.
