Monitored visit completed on 03/03/2026, licensor went over this non-compliance and showed director EM how the gate did not close. The exiting mechanisms on their gate from a licensed outdoor play area to unlicensed space were equipped with but was not working; self-closing and self-latching mechanism. The mechanism will need to be repaired or replaced. Inspection showed this was a short term violation with 10 days to complete. This center is located on public school property but is not licensed as a school age program.
