Also had a collection of dust on it as well . White shelf in other Bedroom with Bay Window needs securing Light Bulbs were observed to not be shatterproof. Main Space toys on higher shelves need securing. Razors in restroom in a basket was accessible to children. Play kitchen and Little Tikes Grill Set was thrown on playground was not secure unstable.”
