Although the program has children be self sufficient for meals and handeling their food the lead teachers are still required to have food handlers cards just in case a child needs assistance. One lead teacher has expired food handlers card.
At the time of inspecfion, it was observed that plastic bags are stored in a cabinet accessible to children.
