Most serious
ImmediateDuring the inspection, it was observed that two cribs had babies sleeping in them. Both cribs were fitted with tight black covers that had a zipper on top, which does not comply with WAC 110-300-0291(1)(h). These covers create complete darkness, preventing the provider from actively supervising the baby, which is not in line with the requirements of WAC 110-300-0291(1)(a). Furthermore, they hinder the ability to observe the child's skin color due to insufficient lighting, as mandated by WAC 110-300-0291(1)(d). · September 21, 2023
