Many climbers are seen placed in the play chip area with other equipment. The climbers do not have adequate fall zones/use zones around them. One climber is placed within 5 feet of a fence, another climber is placed within 2 feet of another small climber and a play house. Another climber is placed within a few feet of a wall and another climber.

Anant came down for a breif time to assist with the transition into lunch, lunch and then the transition to nap, leaving the space during nap time. This was not reflected anywhere.

1) The CPSC guidelines are not followed which require at least a 6 foot fall zone and 9 inches of play chips for ground cover. The play chips have not been maintained to be 9" deep. There are other equipment placed at the bottom of slides or next to the rock wall which interfere with the fall zone.
