The child reported that he was taken by the wrist by JC and dragged out of the bathroom, resulting in them hitting their face on the door jamb. Three staff members who have worked with JC in the past reported that JC worked in a "rude" or "scary" way with children at times, including yelling at children or being aggressive with them. Staff reported that they did not report this to the Center Director.
