(5) There were 14 children and 1 teacher present in the Kinder classroom (110) at the time of the visit. Assistant director shared that the second teacher was on their break and they were under the impression that teachers in kindergarten classrooms can cover each other's breaks and one teacher can stay with the children on their own. Licensor asked what the children's ages are and if the children are enrolled or attending kindergarten. Assistant director shared that the children are 5 and 6 years old and are not enrolled or attending kindergarten. Due to the ages of the children and them not being enrolled or attending kindergarten, this classroom was out of ratio at the time of the visit.
